Net Impact Collaborative Experience (N.I.C.E.) is a peer-to-peer program where we’ll establish a monthly issue (eg. clean energy, education), conduct industry analyses in the area of the issue, and finally provide social impact consulting services to a startup or social venture. No need for previous experience in any industry or with consulting – just be excited and ready to learn!

Overview: The Spring Finance Intern is part of the finance team. If you are thinking of career in not-for-profit finance, this internship will give you the hands on experience required in this highly demanding and specialized field.
What you’ll do:
- Provide assistance with general bookkeeping duties
- Help create and improve Finance and HR systems
- Basic administrative duties
- Assist with state solicitation filings
What you’ll learn:
- How finance in the not-for-profit world works
- Gain general accounting experience
What we’re looking for:
- Outgoing and enthusiastic personality
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-starter, ability to work well with others or independently
- Knowledge of Quickbooks and Excel (not required, but a plus!)
- Detail-oriented person
The Reynolds Program in Social Entrepreneurship kicks off their speaker series on September 29th at 6:30 in the Tishman Auditorium. “The Good, the Bad and the Ugly of Social Entrepreneurship” will feature Nancy Lubin, CEO of DoSomething.org and Jonathan Lewis, Founder/Chair of MCE Social Capital & Founder/President of Opportunity Collaboration. The Sustainable, Responsible, Impact Investing Conference seeks to gather thought leaders, investors, and investment professionals who look to create a more socially equitable and environmentally sustainable economy. The conference is held from 11/3 -11/5 in Colorado Springs, CO. Apply here by 9/25 for a scholarship to cover conference costs.
The UN campaign HeForShe is looking for a Global Youth Engagement Intern to join them this fall at the UN Headquarters. HeForShe provides a systematic approach and targeted platform on which men and boys can engage and become change agents towards the achievement of gender equality.
